product works great for fleas and seems to work well on ticks. keeping the mutts flea & tick free helps me stay on top of their allergies.

Very Effective!
I have tried many different flea/tick prevention products for my little 12-lbs Coton de Tulear in the past but due to his extremely sensitive skin, he immediately developed severe hot spots and skin irritations. The worse part was, they didn't work! My vet recommended either K9 Advantix or Frontline so I decided to give K9 Advantix a try (saw many ads on TV). It did work but unfortunately, my little dog still developed severe hot spots and skin irritation (the poor thing) so I only had one option left. I first bought Frontline Plus (Orange) from 800 Pet Meds and it worked wonders - no fleas or ticks on him. In addition, it did not irritate my dog's sensitive skin! No hot spots and no irritation! Now that I found this product at a much better price on Amazon.com plus fast and reliable shipping, I'm not going to buy this product anywhere else.

Great product
I've been giving my Vizsla these supplements since he was 9 or 10 years old. We used to run together every other day from the time he was 2 yrs until about 10 years old. He is currently 14 years old and still hanging tough. Cosaquin DS is much more effective on relieving his joint pain than regular glucosamine.

SAVE YOUR MONEY
I have spent [...] on this product and it has done absolutely NOTHING to eliminate the tear stains on our Shi-Poo! She has tolerated it well and enjoys eating it when sprinkled on her food, but it's a waste of money. Her white face is continually streaked with brownish/reddish streaks. I am SO disappointed!

I've heard great things about Angel Eyes for dogs, but our dog will not eat any food with even the slightest bit of Angel Eyes sprinkled in it. I'm still trying to introduce it as she needs its curative effect.

Seems to work
I have been using this on my white Morky since he was a puppy so I don't know how it would be without it. He has no tear stains though, so it seems to work. If I miss a few days of Angel Eyes I do notice more tears. I also try to wipe away the tears every few days so they don't stick.

not worth the bucks
I bought this for my five small dogs, so I would not have to keep filling water bowls all the time.The problem is it gets dirty right away, & if you keep it filled, you have to dump a gallon or more of water to clean it. Also, when you go to refill the bowl, wayer goes all over the place, & while it was running, my unit would spash water on the floor. I finaly just unpluged it & used it as a regular water bowl until I got a real stainless larger one. I think I can find a lot of better uses for the $60 I spent for this thing.

Drinkwell and Cats in the Wild
When my cat was a kitten, he started knocking the water dish around and making a mess. I started putting out larger and larger, heavier bowls and pans that would be harder to move. He moved them and sloshed water no matter what I did.

I asked my vet, and he told me that cats in the wild WILL NOT drink from still water, and that this is a residual behavior. This is also why some cats like to drink from a dripping fountain. It makes sense. He recommended getting a pet fountain.

I've had the same Drinkwell fountain since September 2005, and it has been running constantly, except when I clean it every month or so. I've had no problems with water sloshing since I got it. Okay, the flow control knob broke, but it still fits into its slot and does its job. The charcoal filters catch cat hair and the stray piece of cat litter that slips in.

Very quiet, and my cat loves it
I noticed a lot of reviews complaining about the noise level for this product. These reviewers must have received defective units, because my Drinkwell fountain is dead silent. The only noise it makes is a gentle splashing sound when it's turned up to the top setting. To be fair, it also made a little noise the first time I turned it on as it pulled water from the reservoir into the basin. The sound my cat makes lapping up the water is louder than the motor noise and splashing combined.

If you're worried about the negative reviews for a loud noise, rest assured that this has never happened to me and probably only happens with a defective unit (in which case you ought to be able to get an exchange). The water supply lasts about 8 days for my cat. Definitely recommended -- your cat will love this!

Totally works!
I REALLY did not think this litter box would work but it was on sale at PetCo for the same price as regular hooded litter boxes I have owned before. When I got it home and was examining it I was just not certain because of the space around the drawer. I have had outside kitties for the last 12 years, but I just adopted an indoor only kitty and I totally HATE litter boxes and the smell. I couldn't believe that this actually worked but it did. And really well. Physically, I still don't get how its possible and how little poo nuggets don't get trapped in the space around the drawer, but it does really work if you use it properly. Weird and awesome. Took me literally about 10 seconds to clean the litter box.

Yay! no more scooping!
Got this for my new kitty and could not be more pleased. I too, was in a hurry the first couple of times I used it and thought a lot of fresh litter was being wasted. Then I read the reviews here that suggested rolling it slooowly. Duh! I hit myself on the forehead, tried the aforementioned suggestion, and am now very happy with my product!
For less than 1/4 of the cost, this box works much better than my previously owned Littermaid with less mess, less work and less headaches of jamming, clogged rakes, etc. Definitely worth it!
One last thought - for those who are displeased with litter scatter, I cannot think of a cat box that doesn't have that! Cats get the litter on their paws, they fling it, etc. Just keep a good litter mat around the box, or get a good small handheld vac to keep by the box. :)

best litter box. just buy it.
This is the best litter box. It is very easy to use, litter is filtered out and nicely placed into the poop scoop in about 10 seconds. It is made of 3 thick pieces of plastic, which are simple to take apart, clean, and put back together. It is nearly impossible to break. Also, the only opening is the cat-sized entry hole, and you NEVER take the top off, so this box does a great job of keeping in the smell. I live in a small NYC apartment, and this box definitely controls the smell. The only (extremely minor) complaint is that sometimes pee will clump at the bottom of the box, and will stay stuck there when rolling the box. 80% of the time this is fixed by just whacking the box so the stuck pee clump comes off, the other 20% I have to scrape it off. But like I said, this is far and away the best litter box out there.

Premier Citronella Collar
I bought this collar per my vet for my dog's separation anxiety barking/howling. It works great if he is barking normally and he will stop immediately. It is not able to pick up high pitched howling or yelping. I do not think this would be effective for a lot of small dogs with higher pitched barking. If you have a large dog with a normal deep bark, I think this product is fantastic.

Bark collar eats batteries
Let me start by saying that this review is of the product and not the supplier. I purchased the collar because I liked the idea of using the spray as opposed to the shock type collar.

I received the collar and filled it with the spray and tested as outlined in the instructions that were supplied. After turning on the switch and placing it on our dog, it worked as advertised ... for a while. Even though I turned it off, it seemed to go through batteries at an amazing pace (3 in 3 weeks). As tip to those who have more success than I, buy them at Target in the electronics department. Check the cross reference on the Net for the correct battery type as they are not the most common variety. I don't know if my issue is a user issue or if it is inherent in the product.

I personally would not buy it again but it was worth the try. As they say "your results may differ"

Great service. I like the product my dogs didn't mind me using it on them either.

Roll over, play dead ... but don't 'fetch' this one.
My feelings about this product were so strong, I wrote about it in my local newspaper[...].
The net of it is, it's a rip-off. If you want to keep your pet's nails at a manageable length, follow the advice of my hometown vet from years ago. Put your pet on a leash, then take him or her on a walk on blacktop. The connection between claws and surface will do the filing for you.

Junk
Our Peticure charger stopped working, and I got behind taking care of our 3 labs nails. So, I went to PetSmart thinking I might replace the charger. Of course, they dont carry Peticure, so I bought this unit for $19.99. JUNK. There's only 1 speed, it works only on battery, there is only one hole size, and it is very low on power. I'm taking it back and trying to find a Peticure charger base now so I don't have to replace the entire thing.

I do NOT recommend this product. I really wanted to like it because the price was great and I could buy it locally, but it was very limited. I tried it on our terrier and it wasn't any better on him either.
